Warden will report to newly appointed CLARA CEO Heather H. Wilson.

A holder of six patents for his work, Warden has formulated big data and artificial intelligence solutions to enable substantial business growth and increase shareholder value at his previous companies: Allstate (Vice President – Research), AIG (Chief Data Officer/Head of Consumer Data Integration and Analytics) and Employers Insurance (SVP – Chief Data and Analytics Officer). He has also led the development of strategic plans, innovation capabilities, and digital products.

Warden earned an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University, where he majored in accounting.
