We have loved being back in the office at our HQ in Santa CLARA. Recently we have had in-person all hands (which happen on Thursdays) and customers product strategy sessions. The energy in the office is really fun.
Becoming a data influenced and digital organization is more than just technology adoption. The magic happens when you get people who are part of the operational team to come together with a willingness to disrupt and create new solutions together. CLARA Analytics is finding amazing success by working with our customers directly to continuously experiment and drive real ROI.
Our heads of product and customer success, along with several of their teammates, recently spent a day each with two of our national carrier clients. These weren’t “meet and greets” with senior leadership; they were workshops with claims adjusters and managers to learn about their needs, how they use our products, and what else they would like to do with them.
These meetings and detailed conversations are easy for us, as many of our team members have previously sat in the adjusters’ and managers’ chairs. We design and evolve our products to be all about making these key people more productive and efficient based on client reactions and feedback. For instance, the new user interface we released a few months ago is already evolving to meet individual customer needs.
