SANTA CLARA, Calif. — July 11, 2019 — CLARA Analytics (“CLARA”), the leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the commercial insurance industry, today announced that Christine Melancon has joined the company as the director of regulatory compliance. She has spent her entire career working in the healthcare industry, emerging as a true leader, particularly in the areas of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance and Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs). Melancon will play a valuable role on the product delivery team.
“Christine is an exceptional fit for CLARA, adding more than 20 years of domain-specific experience. Melancon has also been a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) board of directors for six years, where she served on the executive board as secretary and co-chaired the education committee. She is a frequent speaker at industry events as well as an instructor for the Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers (LASIE) Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP) program and for the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC) Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) program.
